Market data is a demo fixture. Comps and live listing counts come from data gathered manually for this walkthrough, not a live feed. Production runs the same interface against a licensed API (RentCast, ATTOM, or Rentometer’s own API, since you are already a Rentometer customer). We do not scrape Zillow — their terms prohibit it and they block it aggressively.
